An executed search warrant at a home on Maple Road in Lindale resulted in the arrest of Kimberly Renee Kelly, 38 of Lindale, and 51 year-old David Anthony Minter, of Rome, on various drug charges this week.
Reports said that officers located Tizanidine, Diazepam, Alprozalem, morphine, marijuana and scales were located inside the home.
Both are charged with two counts possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession-sale or distribution of dangerous drugs, drug not in original container and possession/distribution of marijuana.
Kelley is additionally charged with an additional count of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and sale and possession/sale of dangerous drugs.
