A car wreck on GA 140 and Floyd Springs Road resulted in the arrest of Shelley Rhodes Rice, 44 of Rome, on DUI charges.
Reports said that Rice was admittingly under the influence of alcohol when she left the roadway and crashed her vehicle.
The wreck occurred back on November 16th.
She turned herself into the jail on Monday on charges of DUI and failure to maintain lane.
