Dana Melissa Strickland, 37 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she intentionally hit on a window to a home and broke it.
Police added that while taking her into custody she refused to comply by not placing her hands before her back.
Strickland is charged with criminal trespass, obstruction, failure to appear and contempt of superior court.
