Rome Man Found with Pound of Marijuana During Traffic STop

Stephen Dillard Finley, 22 of Rome, was arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop for a brake light violation on East 19^th Street.

Officers said that after stopping Finley a search of the vehicle led them to find one pound of marijuana and close to $800 in cash.

Finley is charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a schedule I controlled substance with intent to distribute and a brake light violation.
