Morgan Tyler Wyatt, 26 of Cumming, was arrested in Rome after reports said he conspired with his mother and another man to sneak drugs into the Floyd County Prison.
Reports said that the trio attempted to get 8.4 grams of marijuana, 1 pound of leaf tobacco, 10 packs of rolling papers, 4 rolls of electrical tape and several sandwich bags into the prison.
Police added that the items were to be left for Wyatt at the Floyd County Tag Office on 5th Avenue.
Wyatt is charged with conspiracy to commit a felony and items prohibited by an inmate.
