Dallas Cameron Langham, 23 of Rome, was arrested on drug charges after police said he committed a hit and run near Woodland Drive.
Police said that after locating Langham following the wreck they found him in possession of marijuana, THC oil and a straw containing a white substance. He was also found to have been driving under the influence.
Langham is charged with DUI, hit and fun, failure to maintain lane, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of marijuana and drug related objects.
