Andrew Allen Miller, 35 of Rome, was allegedly found with a large amount of methamphetamine after being stopped for a windshield violation.

Reports said that officers discovered that Miller had been driving on an expired registration on East 12th Street when the stop was conducted.

Police said that they then learned that he had been driving on a suspended license.   While taking him into custody, officers said they located a baggie of meth in his pant pocket.

A search of the vehicle then led police to find a second bag of meth, a digital scale, and two smoking pipes containing drug residue.

Miller is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of drug related objects, driving on a suspended license and a window violation.
