Brent Lee Arp, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he intentionally and deceptively took money from numerous victims for items that were not delivered.
On November 2nd he allegedly took $300 from a White victim, on August 15th he allegedly took $500 from a Summerville victim, on November 26th he took $40 from a Rockmart victim and on September 18th he took $1350 from a 71 year-old Bartow County man.
Arp is charaged with three counts theft by deception and exploitation and intimidation of the elderly.
