Michael Bryan Ingram, 38 of Rome, was jailed this week after reports said he fled from officers on numerous occasions following him allegedly being found in possession of methamphetamine and marijuana.
Reports said that in August of this year Ingram was found with methamphetamine and marijuana at a location on Cave Spring Road.
He is also accused of fleeing from officers, driving at speeds of over 20 mph the posted limit, down Lombardy Way.
Ingram is charged possession of methamphetamine, possession or distribution of marijuana, reckless driving, multiple counts fleeing a police officer and probation violation.
