Three Rome men, Thaddeus Damien Barrett, 26, Timothy Da’Juan Askew, 28, and Reginald Delmar Watkins, 45, were arrested on a variety of drug charges following a search at 424 Decatur Street.
Police stated that Barrett and Askew were found with a firearm, a large amount of marijuana packaged in multiple baggies, Adderall, Hydrocodone, Oxycodone, and Alprazolam.
Barrett was also found with a firearm.
Barret is charged with possession of marijuana, distribution of marijuana, two counts possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of ecstasy, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, three counts possession of a schedule II controlled substance, three counts possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and possession of a schedule IV controlled substance with intent to distribute.
Askew is charged with possession of marijuana, distribution of marijuana, , possession of a schedule I controlled substance, , possession of a schedule I controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of ecstasy, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, three counts possession of a schedule II controlled substance, three counts possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and possession of a schedule IV controlled substance with intent to distribute.
Police said that Watkins was found in possession of cocaine. He was charged with possession of cocaine.
