Chante’ Meshawn Merrill, 22 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said she began to act in a violent manner that placed another in fear of danger.
Reports stated that Merrill, while intoxicated in public, yelled vulgar and offense things toward the victim.
Police added that when they arrived on scene they found her in possession of marijuana.
Merrill is charged with public drunk, disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana.
