Andrea Lane Kelley, 31 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she violated terms of a bond and went to a home on Old Summerville Road where she began to scream and breach the peace of the community.
Reports added that she was then found to be in possession of marijuana, a glass pipe containing methamphetamine, a digital scale, and a needle containing drug residue.
Kelley is charged with aggravated stalking, disorderly conduct, possession of meth, possession of marijuana and possession of drug related objects.
