Joseph Carl Campbell, 19 of East Point, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said sold a stolen Glock 22 .40 caliber handgun to the Rome Gun and Pawn.
Reports said that the gun had been reported stolen out of Louisiana.
Campbell is charged with felony theft by deception and felony theft by receiving stolen property.
