Carl Edward Bagwell, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he burglarized a home on Sam Harris Road.
Reports said that Bagwell stole a black safe containing jewelry and cash from the home back on June 18th.
Bagwell is charged with first degree burglary.
