Richard Rene Bagley, 52 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly sold methamphetamine to a police informant.
Reports said that the drug deal occurred on August 11th at a location in Floyd County.
He was taken into custody at his home on 502 Avenue A.
Bagley is charged with possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute and sale of methamphetamine.
