Kevin Chase Hamrick, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he broke a window to a woman’s property with his fist before attacking a man at a home on Amelia Lane.
Reports said that Hamrick caused less than $500 in damages to the victim’s window.
They added that he proceeded to attempt to tackle a male victim by grabbing his legs.
Hamrick is charged with battery and criminal trespass.
