Terry Devon Ford, 42 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of marijuana a digital scale.
Ford was taken into custody at location near the intersection of Martha Berry Blvd and Ga 27.
Ford is charged with possession of marijuana and drug related objects.
