Rome Man Arrested for hit and RUn

Ryan Steven Hulsey, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he committed a hit and run at the intersection of the Loop and GA 293.

Police stated that Hulsey later abandoned the car on Nottingham Way.

The wreck occurred back on July 29^th of this year.

Hulsey is charged with hit and run.
