Rome police arrested two people, Anthony Allen Spradlin, 48, of Bremen, and Pamela Ann Daniel, 44 of Temple on meth and other charges while prowling around Kids World Learning Center at the intersection of Highway 27 and Dugger Drive this week.
Reports stated that they were found prowling around the business with tools that could be used for opening a building without consent.
A search led officers to find methamphetamine.
Officers added that Daniel was also found trying to destroy two bags that were similar to the one the meth was found in.
After arriving at the jail deputies said that they found a bag of heroin under the backseat of the patrol car.
Both are charged with possession of methamphetamine and prowling.
Daniel is additionally charged with felony tampering with evidence, possession of a schedule I controlled substance and crossing the guard line with drugs.
