A traffic stop for a busted tag light near the intersection of Highway 278 and Highway 113 during the early Tuesday morning hours end with an arrest for driving without a license and drugs were later found, according to Rockmart Police reports.

Ashley Elizabeth Asad, 34, of  Rockmart, was arrested this week after police said they found drugs in her bra while conducting a search during a traffic stop on Highway 278 and 113.

Police said that officers stopped Asad for a busted tag light when they discovered that she was driving on a revoked license.

A search led officers to find a half-full can of Steel Reserve malt liquor and a bottle of Clonzepam in her bra. .

Asad was charged with a felony for Possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, and misdemeanors for tag lights required, driving while license suspended or revoked, an open container violation and drugs not in original container.
