Laron Lawade Gibson, 32 of Rome, and Jordan Lee Studyvent, 32 of Rome were arrested this week after reports stated he was found with THC oil, THC Edibles and over an ounce of marijuana.
Police added that they were also illegally found in possession of a firearm due to him being a convicted felon.
The drugs were found after police stopped Studyvent over for failing to maintain his lane at the intersection of Turner McCall Blvd and Dogwood Street.
Both are charged with possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug-related objects, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of a schedule 1 controlled substance with intent to distribute, three counts of possession of a schedule 1 controlled substance and failure to appear.
Studyvent is also charged with failure to maintain lane.
