Ricard Palma, 43 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he made threats of murder in front of police.
Reports stated that Palma threatened to kill the victim before resisting arrest at his Chateau Drive home.
Palma is charged with terroristic threats and acts and obstruction of law enforcement.
