Kamron Cyon Haywood, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after a traffic stop led to police finding drugs.
Reports said that Haywood was stopped on Windmill Drive for driving on a suspended license.
A search led police to allegedly find marijuana that was packaged from California and contained a high concentrate of THC.
Haywood is charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance and driving on a suspended license.
