Alexus Hailee Rittenhouse, 23 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports stated she threatened to kill, as well as attack employees and patrons of the Mellow Mushroom on Broad Street.
Police said that Rittenhouse threatened to slam the heads of staff members and kill them during an incident this week.
Reports added that she then proceeded to make provoking contact with both staff and patrons of the restaurant.
Rittenhouse is charged with battery, terroristic threats and acts, criminal trespass and obstruction.
