La Lyric Ortiz Griffin, 42 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he shot a woman at his home on Wentworth Place.
Reports stated that after shooting the victim Inside their home he proceeded to follow her outside while yelling and cursing to the point a neighbor could hear the altercation.
Police added that he threatened the neighbor, saying he would beat his ass and cause bodily harm to him.
When police arrived they found him in possession of numerous firearms.
Griffin is charged with aggravated assault, discharging a firearm while Under the Influence, disorderly conduct, Reckless conduct, terroristic threats and acts, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
