Gabriel Wayne Sutherland, 46 of Cave Spring, was arrested this week after reports said he stole two packages from a porch on East 1st Avenue.
Reports added that the theft occurred back on April 17 of last year.
Sutherland is charged with theft by taking and parole violation.
