Janterrius Nyreik McCluskey, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he pulled a gun on an 18 year-old male at a location on Willrun Drive.

Reports added that McCluskey made statements toward the victim that made them fear for their lives.  The incident occurred back on January 21 of this year.

Police went on to say that on the same day McCluskey sold a BB gun, in which he made the victim believe was a real gun, for $300.

He was captured this week on Lavender Drive after he was stopped for speeding.

McCluskey is charged with aggravated assault, theft by deception, terroristic threats and acts, speeding and driving in violation of license class.
