A 21 year-old Rome man, Kenneth Larry Hall, was arrested this week for illegally driving after he crashed his vehicle on Pleasant Valley Road.
Reports said that Hall caused an accident while he was driving without a valid license.
It was also discovered that he was driving without insurance.
Hall is charged with driving in violation of a license class, failure to maintain lane and driving without insurance.
