Dalton Cole Adams, 21 of Rome, has been arrested and charged with molesting a 12 year-old child at his home on Dellwood Drive.
Reports said that back on January 12, 2020 he “penetrated the victim’s vagina with a foreign object” without her consent.
Reports added that he also touched the victim’s breast.
Adams is charged with child molestation, sexual battery, and aggravated sexual battery.
