Tosha Marie King, 37, and Nicholas Augustus King, 37, both of Rome, were arrested at the Rome Probation Officer after reports said they were found with a gun while reporting this week.
Reports stated that the weapon was found in a glove box of a vehicle driven by Tosha, which took Nicholas to do his reporting.
Both are charged with receipt, possession or transportation of a firearm by a convicted felon or felony first offender.
Nicholas is additionally charged with probation violation.
