Jeffrey David Chapman, 52 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he was found hiding in the woods on Doyal Road while in possession of methamphetamine.
Reports added that Chapman was alone at the time of his arrest.
He is charged with possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear.
