Jose Mario Godinez-Gomez, 19 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he violated a court order when he stalked a 13 year-old female.
Reports said that after being stopped for driving without his headlights on he was found with the victim in the car.
The traffic stop was conducted at 2:30 in the morning on Shorter Avenue at Carter Street.
Godinez-Gomez is charged with aggravated stalking, improper headlights and driving in violation of license class.
