Joshua Franklin Reynolds Jr, 19 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he engaged in sexual contact with a child under the age of 16 years.
Reports added that the incident occurred in the early hours of March 24 of this year.
Reynolds is charged with child molestation and sexual battery against a child.
