Quin’darius Dremond Tate, of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he presented himself as another person during a traffic stop that later resulted in the true person losing their driver’s license.

Reports said that Tate signed numerous documents with the victim’s name to conceal his identity.

It wasn’t until after the victim lost their license did they discover the crime.

Tate is charged with two counts of forgery, false statements and writings, giving false information to police, driving on a suspended license, failure to move over for an emergency vehicle and identity fraud.
