William Russell Ridings, 40 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he made a 77 year-old man fear for his life.
The victim told police that Ridings placed him in serious fear after he “lost his temper” and became to “flail his arms toward him”.
The incident occurred at a location on Pleasant Valley Road.
Ridings is charged with exploitation and intimidation of the elderly.
