Garry Allen Singleton, 58 of Rome, and Florence Kay Ferguson, 65 of Rome, was arrested this week after they stole a iPhone 11, another’s drivers license, along with multiple debit and credit cards from a location on Cartersville Highway.
They were found with the items at their home on Rutledge Street.
Both are charged with felony theft by taking.
