James Howard Crymes, 44 of Cartersville, was arrested at the Circle K on Calhoun Road after Floyd County police found him in possession of methamphetamine and marijuana.
Reports added that a search also led police to find a grinder and rolling papers.
Crymes is charged with possession of meth, possession of marijuana and drug related objects.
