Dywann Dwight Haywood, 25 of Adaisville, was arrested at the Cook Out on Martha Berry Highway during a traffic stop in Rome after police said they found him in possession of drugs and a gun.
Reports stated that officers found Haywood in possession of an unidentified controlled substance and a handgun in his vehicle.
Haywood is charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and failure to yield.
