Shari Dinnette Jackson, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she stole a car from a location on Shorter Avenue.
Reports said that Jackson was taken into custody at a location on North Broad after stealing the car.
Jackson is charged with vehicle theft by taking and probation violation.
