Todd Jermaine Breaux, 37 of Rome, was jailed this week after reports said he stole a gun from a home on Tremont Drive.
Reports said that Breaux stole a Cobra 380 Guardian handgun from the victim back last May. Reports added that when police questioned him about it he denied taking or having it. It was then reported that Breaux’s sister later returned the handgun to the victim and told him that her brother had indeed taken it.
Breaux was jailed this week and charged with felony theft by taking and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
