Brandon Tyler Bailey, 26 of Rome, turned himself into the Floyd County Jail this week after he allegedly raped and molested a child.
Reports said that Bailey repeatedly had sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 16 between January 2018 and January 2020.
The alleged crimes occurred at a home on East Drive.
Bailey is charged with strongarm rape and child molestation.
