Dakota Joseph Godfrey, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she slapped a woman on the back of the head during a dispute.
Reports stated that the victim suffered visible injury around her left ear.
The incident occurred at a location on McGrady Road.
Godfrey is charged with simple battery and probation violation.
