Ricky Lynn Garrett Sr, 46 of Rome, was jailed on numerous drug charges this week after reports said officers found him in possession of marijuana and methamphetamine while on Riverside Parkway.
Reports stated that the drugs were located in his vehicle during a search.
Garrett is charged with possession of meth, possession of marijuana and probation violation.
