Howard Cody Eickleberry, 30 of Rome, was arrested at his Salem Drive home after he allegedly pulled a replica handgun on another.
Reports stated that after pulling the replica gun at the victim he pointed it at them.
Eickleberry is charged with aggravated assault and probation violation.
