David Khain Adams, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after being found with drugs while being stopped for being on his cellphone while driving.
Reports stated that after pulling Adams over for using his cellphone officers discovered suspected meth and a glass smoking device in his car.
Adams is charged with possession of meth, possession of drug related objects and distracted hands free law.
