Comyna Rynes Seals, 25 of Memphis, Tennessee, was booked into the Floyd County Jail this week after she was accused of hitting a 1 year-old child and running over the foot of another juvenile child with a car.
Reports said that Seals drove recklessly as she abruptly placed the car in reverse and struck the children.
The 1 year-old did not suffer serious injury while the other juvenile was sent to a local hospital for treatment.
Seals is charged with reckless driving, driving without a license and two counts probation violation.
