John Bascom Siniard, 36 of Ellijay, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said he used his hands to touch the intimate parts of a child between the ages of 6 and 10 over a span of four years.
Reports stated that the acts occurred between 2011 and 2015 at the victim’s home on Maple Avenue.
Siniard is charged with sexual battery and child molestation.
