John Randy Hudgins, 53 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said was found in possession of numerous drugs after being stopped for having a busted windshield and making an improper right turn.
Reports said that after pulling Hudgins over it was determined that he had been not only driving on a suspended license but was under the influence of a substance.
A search of the vehicle led police to allegedly find a syringe containing methamphetamine and a baggie of marijuana.
Hudgins is charged with possession of meth, possession of marijuana, possession of drug related objects, DUI, driving on a suspended license, improper turn, and a cracked or busted windshield.
