Pamela Elaine Eleam, 47 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she took another’s bank card and made numerous transactions without the owner’s consent.
Reports stated that Eleam took the card from a location on Dean Avenue back on January 1 and proceeded to make numerous purchases that totaled $300.
Eleam is charged with three counts financial transaction card fraud and financial transaction card theft.
