Christopher Todd White, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he threw and hit an EMT worker with a Coke can.
Reports added that White then allegedly grabbed a police officer in the chest area with the attempt to scratch him.
White is charged with felony obstruction of law enforcement officers, as well as two counts of misdemeanor obstruction and one count of simple battery.
